一號(hào)展館四層，長(zhǎng)86米，寬26米，總面積8500平方米。二號(hào)展館整體4層，局部5層，長(zhǎng)95米，寬24.60米，總面積10000平方米。展館內(nèi)可自由分隔，設(shè)有客貨電梯和自動(dòng)扶梯、中央空調(diào)、自動(dòng)消防設(shè)施及保障各種用途需要的雙電源、通訊設(shè)施。

　　展館既可用于舉辦各種大、中、小型展覽、展銷、洽談會(huì)，也可用于開(kāi)辦大型商場(chǎng)，大型餐飲、娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所，還可用于各類文化節(jié)會(huì)等商會(huì)活動(dòng)，具有巨大的商用價(jià)值。

　　山東省國(guó)際貿(mào)易中心決定即日起對(duì)展館的用途進(jìn)行全面開(kāi)發(fā)，誠(chéng)邀有志于開(kāi)發(fā)中國(guó)和青島市場(chǎng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外商家共同合作：歡迎來(lái)此進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)、短期整體或局部租賃的獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)使用活動(dòng)；歡迎來(lái)此進(jìn)行各種形式的合作開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng)，共同探討未來(lái)具有發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的項(xiàng)目。

　　The No.1 exhibition hall has four storeys with 86 meters long and 26 meters wide and a total area of 8,500 square meters.The No.2 exhibition building has four storeys as a whole with 95 meters long and 24.6 meters wide,but has 5 storeys parqtly.It covers an area of 10,000 spuare meters.The exhibition building can be divided into parts freely and are equipped with passengers and cargo elevators,central air conditioning systems,automatic fire extinguisher,multiuse double power supply and communications facilities.

　　The exhibition building possesses great business value.It can be used not only to hold different exhibitions, shows, business and culture activities,bus also to open large-scale shopping centre,restaurant and entertainment places.
